Glad to share Triantafyllidis’ research group participation in the 7th Green and Sustainable Chemistry Conference which took place in Dresden, Germany, on May 22-24, 2023. Eleni Psochia, Ph.D. student, presented significant outcomes of the nationally funded project CELL4GLUE with a poster presentation entitled “Top-down production of cellulose micro/nanoparticles following an integrated biorefinery approach”. The results demonstrate green and sustainable ways to produce nanocellulose while at the same time highlighting the dynamic potential of using nanocellulose as a polymer additive. Eleni had the chance to talk and interact with international researchers around the world and communicate the aim and scope of the CELL4GLUE project, exchanging ideas and scientific knowledge!
